MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS

Remember maintenance is due on the 1st of each month and a late fee is assessed on the 10th. Please make your payments in a timely manner to avoid additional fees.
Please make checks payable to Bermuda Isles at Boca Rio HOA.
2024 HOA Dues, 2 - Bedrooms $331.32 per Month + 3 - Bedrooms $355.86 per Month.

PARKING DECALS

Effective May 31, 2014, all vehicles parked on the property will be required to display a parking decal, including overnight guests.
Every resident will need to complete the Parking Registration Form and bring the form to the office with their driver’s license and vehicle registration. The HOA will be placing the decals on the vehicles. Therefore, all vehicles will be required to be brought to the office to receive a decal.
Each unit will receive up to two parking decals, free of charge. If there is a third vehicle, a decal may be purchased for a fee of $100.00, money order or casher's check per year payable to Bermuda Isles at Boca Rio HOA. The fee for the third vehicle will be required to be paid in advance.
Everyone will have 30 days to obtain a parking decal. Any vehicles that are parked on the property without a decal will receive a warning notice, after the third ticket for the same offense the vehicle may be subject to tow.
If you have a guest staying overnight, you will be required to obtain a temporary parking permit from the Office or Security.
Temporary parking permits must be displayed on the rearview mirror of the vehicle.
Security starts enforcement at Midnight.

ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT

In 2013-2014 the HOA replaced 36 roofs that were rated in poor condition after a roof inspection by Innovative Roofing. As part of continued maintenance, all roofs are inspected on a yearly basis. In 2015 the HOA replaced 11 roofs. After the most recent inspection, the HOA will be replacing an additional 13 roofs in 2016 that were rated in poor condition. If your roof is scheduled to be replaced, you will receive notification directly regarding the project. In 2023, the HOA replaced 4 roofs that rated in poor condition after a roof inspection by Innovating Roofing.
All other roofs were found in good condition and will continue to be inspected and maintained by HOA.

SECURITY

Effective 10/13/2022 Frontline Security will be providing security for Bermuda Isles. They will continue to patrol the property, enforce parking, and rules and regulations. If you need to report suspicious activity or obtain a temporary parking permit after office hours,
