Effective May 31, 2014, all vehicles parked on the property will be required to display a parking decal, including overnight guests.
Every resident will need to complete the Parking Registration Form and bring the form to the office with their driver’s license and vehicle registration. The HOA will be placing the decals on the vehicles. Therefore, all vehicles will be required to be brought to the office to receive a decal.
Each unit will receive up to two parking decals, free of charge. If there is a third vehicle, a decal may be purchased for a fee of $100.00, per year. The fee for the third vehicle will be required to be paid in advance.
Everyone will have 30 days to obtain a parking decal. Any vehicles that are parked on the property without a decal will receive a warning notice and may be subject to tow.
If you have a guest staying overnight, you will be required to obtain a temporary parking permit from the Office or Security.
Temporary parking permits must be displayed on the rearview mirror of the vehicle.
