Remember maintenance is due on the 1st of each month and a late fee is assessed on the 10th if not in the Association bank account.

Please make your payments in a timely manner to avoid additional fees.

 

Please make checks payable to Bermuda Isles at Boca Rio HOA.

 

 

If you are tired of writing a check every month the HOA will directly debit your account each month for the maintenance.

The Account MUST be at a zero balance before it can go into effect.
